This Journaling is the practice of writing regularly to reflect on personal experiences, feelings, and thoughts. This PKM activity aims to introduce journaling as a healthy outlet for emotions to the students of MTs Al-Hidayah Pondok Lombok. It is hoped that this activity will serve as a tool for self-reflection, emotional regulation, and the development of self-compassion among the students of MTs Al-Hidayah Pondok Lombok. The research employed the Participatory Action Research (PAR) method, which consists of problem exploration, planning, implementation, monitoring, and reflection. Data were collected through classroom observations and interviews with teachers and students. The findings reveal that journaling is effective in helping students express themselves, recognize their emotions, and develop a positive attitude toward life experiences. Journaling activities also contributed to improving students’ writing literacy, self-awareness, and socio-emotional skills. This program highlights that journaling is not merely a writing exercise but also an educational and therapeutic strategy that supports character development and adolescents’ psychological well-being
